A recent survey by Saga Populus of 12,000 people has revealed age-friendly measures that would help the over50s in the workplace and enable them to work longer.
The survey asked older people for their views on issues that arise from people living longer. A number of helpful answers were provided, such as flexible working hours, offers of part-time work, training schemes to help with new technology, providing support for people with physical health conditions and for people suffering hearing loss and poor vision.
